Shipping

We use UPS and USPS services.   Because we utilize drop shipment from various locations based on product availability, there is a minimum $10 shipping and handling fee for all online orders.  $3 will be charged for each additional item.   You will receive a confirmation of anticipated product delivery date once your order is placed.  You may call ahead for product availability (most items are in stock).

Hawaii and Canada; All orders will need to be confirmed and delivery charges assessed prior to shipping.  Allow 24 hours for conformation, or phone in order.

Returns

All returns must be made within 15 days of purchase.  We only accept returns on damaged or defective merchandise due to shipping or provide a replacement from manufacturer when defective merchandise is returned.  We do not guarantee or warranty merchandise, however we only sell products whose manufacturers truthfully represent and warrant their products.  (Media Sciences warranty,  Xerox and Xerox Compatible  HP Toner Cartridges, HP LaserJet supplies warranty information,)
